Strawberry Jam

Hibiscus tea is a tart, cranberry-like thirst quencher loved the world over, particularly in warmer regions. It supplies ample antioxidants, and is believed to have numerous health benefits. Did I mention it was naturally caffeine-free? We take that and ferment it, then fuse it with the slammin’ sweetness of strawberries for a refresher that’s ready to jam literally whenever.

Traditional double-fermentation is love. That’s why these brews are so smooth and naturally fizzy, with a hint of alcohol <2.5%.
